Everi Operator ROI With Test Conditions Attached

Separate laboratory checks, commissioning results, floor observations, and commercial forecasts so unlike evidence is never presented as one number.

A Reproducible Cabinet Verification Path

1

Freeze the Configuration

Record cabinet series, software hash, peripherals, bill validator, TITO or cashless interface, voltage, and network state.

2

Define Conditions

State room temperature, supply voltage, connectivity, test account, sample duration, and any simulated faults.

3

Run the Script

Verify boot, payment acceptance, interrupted transactions, audit meters, peripheral recovery, alerts, and rollback.

4

Sign the Result

Attach timestamps, observed values, exceptions, corrective actions, retest outcome, operator witness, and final disposition.

Metric Definitions and Boundaries

MetricRequired definitionDo not infer
Coin-inAccepted wager value over a declared period and cabinet populationProfit or cash collected
Theoretical holdConfigured mathematical expectation for an approved game versionGuaranteed actual hold
Actual holdObserved result over a stated sample and reconciliation methodLong-run performance from a short sample
OccupancyActive play time divided by available time, with downtime rules statedDemand outside the measured window
MTTRClock start, clock stop, exclusions, technician tier, and parts availability definedEvery location receives the same response

Selection Trade-Offs

Central Cashless Architecture

Provides pricing control and transaction visibility. It also introduces server availability, cybersecurity, data-governance, recurring-fee, and network-recovery dependencies.

Local Coin / Token Architecture

Can continue through some network failures and reduce software dependency. It adds physical collection, validator service, reconciliation effort, and weaker portfolio analytics.

Remote Diagnostics

Shortens triage when telemetry is available and permissions are current. It cannot correct a damaged harness, failed power supply, obstructed fan, or restricted regulatory component.

On-Site Diagnostics

Supports physical inspection and component replacement. Travel time, site access, technician authorization, and depot stock affect restoration time.

Published Limits

  • A reference footprint such as 900 × 1,800 × 2,400 mm is not a substitute for the selected model drawing or service-clearance review.
  • The industry benchmark of $150–$400 per cabinet per week is not an Everi forecast; location, denomination, game mix, regulation, seasonality, downtime, and promotion materially change results.
  • GLI-19 addresses laboratory criteria but does not grant a local operating license or approve a particular site.
  • Remote service targets depend on telemetry access, contract tier, time zone, parts availability, technician authorization, and physical access.
